Options to Improve Your Profits: Executive Placement
Rule

Every management position in your organization needs to contribute to your profits.
We offer three options based on your expectations from the position.

Contingency Placement
Ideal for positions that make small contributions to your profits. Positions which can remain open for months at a time without adverse consequences to your operations and/or profits. Or for positions where an internal candidate might surface or where your "networking" might work. Under contingency placement we absorb all the risks and up-front costs. You pay nothing unless you hire an applicant referred by us. Average time to fill these positions: 13-17 weeks. Investment Fees are 35% of the first years compensation package.

Contingency Search
The option preferred by the majority of our established clients. Ideally suited for those positions that need to be filled quickly (average time 3-5 weeks). You "win" in two ways. First you receive a reduced fee in exchange for sharing the risk. Second, positions are usually filled quicker which gets your profitability back on track much sooner. Investment Fees total just 30% of the first years compensation package with either a $7,500.00 (Hotel Position), $15,000.00 (Corporate Position) non-refundable retainer at the start of the assignment.

Contract Placement
This program fits clients that are expanding rapidly or clients that need to bring in a number of people over the course of the year. Contracts are based on the number, kind, and compensation of the positions. All contracts include a monthly fee plus commissions and repayment of extraordinary expenses.
