AT LAST!!! Coating materials that can be applied by your maintenance departments (instead of roofing contractors), that have 5-20 year guarantees, and combine reflective, fire retardent, and roofing in one application.

Before going further answer the following questions for yourself:

• Would you like a roof with a 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 year life without ever replacing it? (And never have to go to your owner again with a capital request for a new roof?)

• Would you like to eliminate roofing contractors forever? (And improve GOP?)

• Would you like roof repair products that your maintenance department can apply by brush, roller, or airless sprayer? In any weather? (While reducing your insurance premiums and liability at the same time?)

• Would you like those roof repairs, done by your maintenance department, to have 5-20 year warranties? (Instead of constantly using products that don't have warranties or only have limited one year warranties?)
