Securemploy is the Advertising and Research Division of Ferree & Associates, Inc., one of the oldest established executive search and placement companies dedicated to serving the Hospitality industry.

We have computerized over 28,000 hotels, resorts, and conference centers, 5500 top clubs, over 1300 visitor & convention bureaus, convention centers, and auditoriums, 1700 US based hotel management companies, 22,000 branded table-side restaurants, over 900 amusement/theme parks, and over 5600 hospitals/retirement communities. Each property can be evaluated on 77 different criterion. It is the most comprehensive data base of its kind in the industry. Information is up-dated continually. Over 20% of hotels and companies change names, addresses, or phone numbers annually. Keeping a list of this size up-dated is a major undertaking.

The data base was originally developed to support the executive search efforts of Ferree & Associates, Inc. That's why we included 77 evaluation criterion. Once Securemploy had developed the data base new opportunities, including Securemploy Pinpoint Ads, presented themselves. The new programs enabled us to assist our clients on more positions by offering them cost saving alternatives to their recruiting efforts while freeing up our executive search staff to concentrate on higher paying search assignments. It has been a win-win situation for us and our clients.

The cost of maintaining and expanding the data base is shared by the four divisions of the company. None of the divisions individually could afford the maintenance cost. That's probably why "competitors" who have tried to duplicate our efforts have experienced severe difficulties.
